Project Aspire

We are delighted that we have recently received further funding to run Project Aspire until February 2026. This funding being provided once again by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund - People and Skills. With thanks to Working Denbighshire and Cadwyn Clwyd.

The UK Shared Prosperity Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills. For more information, visit https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/uk-shared-prosperity-fund-prospectus)

Project Aspire is a 7-month project that provides personalised support, courses, training and work experience for 15 people, aged 16+, living in Denbighshire, who are living with disabilities, mental health challenges, are neurodiverse, or have learning differences and are not currently in education or employment.

What could your Aspire journey look like? It will be as unique as you are!

Project Aspire is designed to support people to explore and achieve/move towards what they want to do, whether that be training, volunteering, employment or just trying something new and gaining confidence and skills, based on their unique interests, at their own pace, in a way that works for them.

We also have opportunities for work experience and training events at our gardens, scrap store and café/community supermarket.

We would be delighted to meet up with you at our office in Ruthin, over zoom, or somewhere you feel comfortable like a café/library, to discuss how Aspire could work for you.

We have spaces available, contact us now to arrange a meeting and discover your Aspirations!
