Working on Wellbeing

(WOW)

ReSource is delighted to be a partner with SCOPE and Legacy in the community to deliver the free government funded Working on Wellbeing (WOW) programme for North Wales and Angelesey.

The (WOW) programme is for anyone that is 16 years +, unemployed and identifies with having a disability and/or long term health condition. 

​

This is divided into two programmes: 

Our Starting Line programme is tailored to individual needs and is suitable for anyone that is starting out on their journey in considering routes to volunteering, employment and training. This includes small group training and 1:1 mentoring.

The Kick Start (not to be confused with the KickStart scheme for young people) is for anyone that identifies as having a disability and/or long term health condition and is a little closer to starting employment, tailored 1:1 support is provided and can include, but is not limited to CV writing, applying for jobs, interview skills, support with applying for Access to Work, speaking to an employer about disability/health and in work support.

After completing the form one of our Employment Advisors will be in contact to arrange to meet with you, to discuss your training needs, learn about any adjustments you require to support access to the course and we can support in helping you to reach your goals.
